Stuckmeyer's Vegetable Market

Information

When the Market Opens in May we "should" be harvesting

Currently in Season

Picked Fresh Daily

- Red and Green Leaf Lettuce

-   Green Onions

Rhubarb

- White Asparagus

- Spinach

Vegetable Notes -

It has been an extremely wet spring.  We had a record rainfall in March.  The cool temperatures and wet weather has made our early plantings nearly impossible.  We have transplanted lettuce and planted onions into the fields.  We have a few patches of spinach that we "wintered over."  The weather is changing for the better.  We will just have to start planting everything as soon as the weather breaks.  We have gone through this is the past.  After four generations of vegetable farming, "we have seen it before!"

Listed below are a few pictures from last year.
